Great Barrington 3 season rental. Newly constructed (2004), well-furnished 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home on 10 acres. 2 master suites: one on 1st floor with its own bath, and one on second floor with jacuzzi. 1st floor: Kitchen is large (with pantry) with attached family room, and large outdoor deck. Mudroom coming in from garage has washer/dryer & 1/2 bath. Also on first floor is a separate dining room and living room, and a powder room. 2nd floor: In addition to the master suite, 2 bedrooms, complete bath, and small study area. Located in private sub-division, five minutes from Great Barrington with separate private driveway. A peaceful family retreat.

The home: This newly built great Barrington home is within 5 minutes to Great Barrington and yet in a private ,secluded wood setting. The home has 4 bedrooms. there is one master suite upstair with a king bed and one master suite downstairs with a queen bed downstairs.the first floor also includes a kitchen with family room, dining room and livingroon. A deck is located off the kitchen and family room. On the second floor in addition to the master suite with jacuzzi there are two full bedrooms with an additional bath plus a small den with internet access. The home is beautifully furnished and very comfortable.
