Perfect location.
This was our 3rd time in San Diego visiting from the UK but the first time we'd visited in winter. The property is in a great location on Mission Beach - close to everything but in a quieter stretch of the boardwalk. The house is a good size and the views are spectacular, from watching dolphins from the lounge or outside patio, to the amazing sunsets, they just cant be beaten! James is a great guy and was really helpful during our stay. We stayed over Christmas & New year, the weather was great but bring something warm for early mornings & evenings if visiting this time of year. If you're thinking of renting beach cruisers & are staying for a couple of weeks, it may be worth buying cheap new ones & selling them before you leave - this is what we did this time & it worked out no more expensive than renting. There's a good bike shop on Mission Blvd. at Pacific Beach & there's plenty of passing traffic on the boardwalk when you need to sell.
Looking forward to coming back again & wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Spencer.
