Both cozy and spacious, this clapboard and cedar shingled cottage is the perfect setting for the quintessential Cape Cod experience! It is a 5-minute walk to Cook's Brook Bay Beach, and is set on a friendly, leafy neighborhood street. It is within 2-miles of 6 ocean/bay beaches! The large backyard features a lawn and deck that get both sun and shade, and is a perfect place for a barbecue or a nap in the hammock. The interior is charming and timeless - with all original wide-board pine floors and knotty pine walls; an airy cathedral ceiling with six skylights; and a hand-painted table (which can comfortably accommodate 10 people for seafood feasts)! It features an open kitchen and bar and all of the amenities for cooking. With giant crank out windows, a working fireplace as well as cable and a DVD player, the front room is a breezy spot to relax after a hard day at the beach. The two bedrooms have two windows each, and are beautifully decorated with original artwork and furniture

Minutes from the Cape Cod National Seashore (Nauset Light Beach, Marconi Beach, Coast Guard Beach) and the Wellfleet beaches. Being in North Eastham, this cottage is just a few miles from charming downtown Wellfleet's restaurants and galleries, and only 20 minutes from Provincetown.
