This private and spacious beach retreat is 300 steps from the beach and 3 blocks from town center with excellent restaurants and lively nightlife. 3 bedrooms, great room (entertainment center and fireplace--wood provided) plus a loft (2nd TV, DVD, VCR) and sun room make this a spacious space for families or friends. Wireless internet and cable keeps you connected. Relax in the lush backyard or on 2 decks. Fenced back yard is great for kids. Gas grill and well-equipped kitchen makes feasting at the beach easy. Bike to both ends of Folly where wildlife abound. Large paved area under house with ping pong table; great for play on those rainy days. . 20 minute drive to downtown Charleston, plantations, golf. 5 minute drive to major groceries, movie stores, seafood shops.

My family and I had a wonderful time in this awesome home. We felt very at home while here and everything we needed was provided. The home was very spacious and accomadating! We cannot wait to come back to this great house next year! I would highly recommend this house to all vacationers.

Loving Life at Folly Beach

Our vacation at this wonderful home was enjoyed by all. Anything you could need or even dream of was available at this beautiful home. It accommodated 7 people, ages from 23-83. It was clean, well maintained and very comfortable with all of the latest conveniences. When you had had all of the sun and sand you could handle for one day, the well shaded yard and outdoor living spaces were welcome havens even when it was 90 degrees in the shade. We will definately be back and tell everyone we know about this very special vacation home. Thanks for sharing it with our family!

We just returned from spending 8 days at this rental. It is a terrific vacation home. The layout works well for multiple families and is a very, very comfortable home. Everyone had room to relax, read, watch TV, rent movies, play games, etc. Our party consisted of 4 adults, 1 very active 13-mo. old child, and 2 small dogs. Everyone had a wonderful time. This home is within walking distance of the beach, the restaurants (don't miss The Lost Dog Cafe), churches, shops, and post office. We would stay there again.
