We live in Tahoe and can assist you as needed............This listing display our SOUTH RENTAL 2, a 4,000 square foot, 3 story, luxury mountain home which was renovated in 2010. Home has 5 bedrooms (3 masters), beds for 12. and 4 full baths. With a mountain décor and close attention to detail, this stunning home is perfect for your next Tahoe getaway.................... The home features cathedral ceilings, a 25 foot “wall of windows” facing beautiful Lake Tahoe, pool table and outdoor hot tub, wood burning fireplace, and wireless internet..............Large outdoor deck and 2 car garage with driveway parking for 4 additional cars. It’s centrally located and 5 to 10 minute drive to beaches, casinos, and skiing. Our home is HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE with the great room, one bedroom and full bath and oversized shower on entry level.

The GREAT ROOM features hardwood floors throughout, cathedral ceiling, and a 25 foot wall of windows with panoramic views of Lake Tahoe........... The KITCHEN features custom alder cabinetry, granite counters, and new stainless steel appliances including a gas cooktop and double ovens. This kitchen was built with a gourmet chef's high expectations and standards in mind. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and dining items. Granite bar with 3 bar stools. Dining table seats 12+ and kitchen table seats 6. ..........The LIVING ROOM has leather furnishings, a wood burning Extraordinaire fireplace, and a 52 inch high definition television with cable service. The living room opens to a large deck with a gas bbq and patio furniture (dining and lounging). POOL TABLE room with wet bar on lower level.

BEDROOMS INCLUDE: ENTRY LEVEL: Bedroom 1-queen,

ONE LEVEL DOWN: Bedroom-2 king & 2 twins with bath, Bedroom 3-two queens and bath.

2 LEVELS DOWN: Bedroom 4-queen, Bedroom 5-queen and bath..........

WE SUPPLY luxury 500 count Egyptian linens and all bedding, bath towels, and household items (toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dish detergent, etc). The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking and dining items. In the summer we provide beach chairs and towels..........LOCATION: Centrally located. 5 to 10 minute drive to beaches, casinos, and skiing.

Stayed a weekend here with a group of 8 - had a GREAT time and we were all very impressed with this house. The views are breathtaking but the furnishings and decor are what really set this place apart. It is the perfect tahoe getaway with an elegant ski lodge vibe throughout. Well taken care of, tons of clean linens, cookware, appliances and bonus features like the hot tub, wet bar with ice maker and pool table.
Plenty of sleeping, lounging and dining space for a large group. Also good communication from the property manager. I will be back and highly recommend this house. Best place I've stayed at Tahoe.

We had such an amazing stay at your place. It was just PERFECT for our Grandmas 90th Birthday.
I don't think we could of asked for better.

This house is just Beautiful! With beautiful views from every room. We had so much fun cooking in the kitchen and was so open w/ amazing views! Had everything we needed.

I would defiantly recommend this beautiful house!
Brings such warmth to my heart, just thinking about it! :)

Happy Easter Week in a Beautiful Home....

My family loved our stay for Easter Week. The house was great for our extended family. It is decorated so beautifully. It was so luxurious and spacious with the most incredible views. We loved the large windows, the fireplace and how new everything is. It has all the comforts of home. The bedroom/bath on the main level was perfect for my parents. We enjoyed the master bedroom and bath. I’ve never seen such a large master bath. The kids loved the pool table and hot tub. The kitchen was a treat. Had everything I needed to cook. The furniture was comfy, as well as the beds. Very clean. It was such a pleasure. This was a great find. We will be back next year.

We chose this home for our skiing trip of 5 couples this year and loved it. The pictures don't do it justice. The condition was excellent as were the lake views. We cooked everynight in the gorgeous kitchen which was well stocked and had double ovens and gas stove. The pool table/hot tub provided entertainment each night. There were new tvs (5 flat screens). The bedrooms were large and private with plenty of bathrooms. It was in an upscale neighborhood which was convenient to the grocery store, casinso, and Heavenly. We'll definitely be back next year! Fantastic holiday

We were a group of 10 inc 4 children between 10-15. We came from the UK for a skiing holiday and had the best of both worlds even though it was late in the season, lots of snow and plenty of sunshine. The house suited our needs perfectly, very child friendly, plenty to keep them amused and it was lovely for us adults to be able to all eat together and spend many pleasant evenings sitting around chatting in the comfy lounge. The hot tub was a treat after a long day skiing and soothed many weary bones! Only minutes from the shops and slopes it was very conveniently situated. I would highly recommend this property - it had many personal touches which made it feel very homely.
