Spacious townhouse in the heart of the White Mountains at luxury Deer Park Resort. Wireless access in home. One visit to the charming area of Lincoln and Loon Mountain will keep you coming back. Unit is five minutes off Route 93 exit 32. Freshly painted and new carpets .Townhouse has cathedral ceilings, fireplace and comfortably sleeps 6. Living room is equipped with TV, cable, VCR and stereo. Upstairs has a King bed in the master bedroom and 2 bedroom has Queen bed with one set of bunks. Each bedroom has private newly renovated baths, TV ,DVD and air-conditioning. Fully equipped kitchen is pristine and equipped with cookware and utensils. Step out on to a quiet deck with gas grill and seating for 6. Washer / dryer are available for convenience. Deer Park is a premiere resort running along the Pemigewasset River. Walk the well landscaped complex or sit on the beach, swim or kayak on the spring fed pond or indoor pool/spa.

Nearest Airport: Manchester New Hampshire at 60 Miles
Car: recommended
Playground for all seasons. Down hill and cross-country skiing at nearby Loon, Cannon, Waterville or Bretton Woods. In the summer visit state parks (Flume, Echo Lake and Lost River). Hike the White Mountains or golf on 4 golf courses. The children will enjoy Whales Tale Water Park, swimming in the lake on-site, Six Gun City, Santa's Village, Storyland, mini-golf or biking. Fine dining and casual dining within walking distance. The area boasts of antique shops and boutiques. A short ride across the Kangamangus Highway and you can shop the outlets in North Conway.

In the Spring and Fall you can play tennis, volleyball or basketball on-sight. Swim in the pond or take a nature walk through the woods or around the river. If it is raining swim indoors or play racquetball , wallyball or billiards with friends. My townhome is a leisurely walk to either downtown Woodstock or Lincoln. You can walk to several restaurants and stores. Bike rentals available in town. Want to stay in, then rent movies at the rec center and sit by the fire or out on my deck with a soda or a cocktail.
