Wall-size glass sliders on all walls leading out to spectacular brand new mahogany deck which surrounds the house, steps down to wonderful yard. 2 bedrooms, each with private bath, one leading to an outdoor shower. Additional sleeping capacity in living room with queen size futon and den with double size futon. Great room with galley kitchen with all new appliances, dining area and living room. Secluded, natural setting, surrounded by 45 acres of conservation land. 5 minute walk down private path to secluded beach. Enjoy the panoramic water views and amazing Madaket sunset.
