Located only .3 miles from Wellfleet Center and one mile to Mayo Beach - you are just a short stroll to all the quaint shops, restaurants and galleries that Wellfleet is known for. Its unique layout lends itself to a group gathering as well as providing complete privacy when needed. The lovely large yard (including large mahogany deck and bluestone patio) makes for enjoyable outdoor dining lounging and entertaining. It's only a short drive to ocean and bay beaches, golf courses and many seaside attractions. This home offers 6 bedrooms and 4 full baths and 2 half baths.
