Private ground floor spacious split-level apartment, tastefully and carefully decorated. Located in the select area of Los Cristianos, yet close to excellent restaurants and bars. There is a 10 minute walk down to the beach and town centre. The accommodation consists of a lounge/dining area, with a three-seater sofa, music centre and new 20' TV/DVD showing BBC1, 2, ITV1, CHANNEL4, SKY SPORTS 1, EUROSPORT, SKY MOVIES etc. The new fully equipped granite style kitchen with breakfast bar incorporates microwave, hob, toaster, kettle and excellent range of glassware and tableware; washing machine. The large ground floor main bedroom boasts a king-size bed, plenty of storage and hanging space plus bathroom. The even more spacious twin-bedroom has en-suite shower facilities. Sunny terrace with table, chairs and sunshade. There is also a safe available for added security. Recently added is a z bed together with a baby cot, a high chair is also available upon request. Our manager will help.

Los Cristianos with it's busy harbour and small fishing boats is an ideal location for people of all ages who enjoy year long sunshine. Temperatures seldom drop below 70 degrees. The church town square with it's meeting place for locals adds to the charm of Los Cristianos. Along the promenade which extends some 3 km are several outside cafes and bars overlooking the clean golden sands, with many watersports for the energetic. There are 5 golf courses within a 10-20 min taxi ride. Most courses require a handicap certificate. The island is well served by buses which can take you around the island at a very reasonable rate.

Los Diamantes III: This is a small-secluded complex within an easy walk of the town and beaches yet sufficiently distanced so as to avoid the noise from late nightclubs and bars. The complex was built in 3 phases and each have their own private swimming pool and sunbathing terrace with sea views to La Gomera. Phase II has a poolside bar open for breakfast and serving hot food and snacks thought the day. Also there is an on-site supermarket. There are excellent restaurants and bars close by, also on-site car hire with plenty of street parking.

Access: Where we have concurrent bookings, access to the apartment will be available from 3 pm earliest. You will need to vacate by 11 am latest on your departure day. KEYS for the apartment can be obtained from our Manager at the complex, Alternatively, a key can be posted to you together with location details approximately 14 days prior to your departure date.

Other Activities: Squash and Golf close by. Also a regular ferry service to La Gomera and the other islands. Excursions available with pick ups only 1 min walk away.

Very nice apartment

Just a note to let others know what a lovely clean apartment it was with everything we needed. The heated pool was lovely and we had a really nice relaxing break. It is about 15 minutes walk to the front - but we decided the exercise would be good for us! Happy to recommend. From Linda, Christine & Liz
