1400 sq. ft condominium with private entrance, No elevators and Lots of Privacy. Built in 2002. Unit is very spacious, comfortable and on the Gulf Side.
The front porch faces the Intercoastal where dolphins and boats sail by. Always something to see.
The beach is down the steps, through a gate on the right, and down the path. There is a view of the Gulf from the bedroom window. You get the best of both worlds. On the intercoastal side you see beautiful sunrises and on the beach side you see glorious sunsets.
We never dreamed we would have a second home in Indian Rocks Beach. We met in the 3rd. grade, graduated from the same high school, and after college we got married We are blessed with two daughters, and now have 2 grandkids and 2 dogs that found us. We own a small business and have worked for everything we have and have had more Grace from God than we deserve. We moved to Florida 30 yrs. ago and liked to take our vacations in IRB because it is a family type beach and the restaurants are all in walking distance so it's easy to get to everything by foot. We can't believe how beautiful our second home is and everytime we stay it's just like home. The kids LOVE IT and we know you would as well, if IRB is a place you want to vacation.
IRB has everything for a retired couple who wants to get away. Great restaurants, bike routes, boat dinner cruises, shopping, fishing, golf courses(inexpensive and great courses), and much more.
We enjoy biking, walking, swimming, golfing, shopping, watching sunsets and sunrises and just sitting on the front porch with a glass of wine, tea or beer and watching the boats go by. There are some neat restaurants that have entertainment at night where you can watch the show or dance. Our Sundays are special because IRB Baptist Church has wonderful Sunday morning services and many connection groups to keep us connected to our spiritial needs.
Good Bible-teaching church minutes away with activities for all ages, Bible study, plays, connection groups. Cards, games, movies (PG-13 only), and lots of books.
