This fabulous condo is fully furnished in tasteful Floridian style. Enjoy this beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath, coach home situated within the premiere Lely Resort Golf & Country Club! Situated in the gated Saratoga community in Lely, you will enjoy lake views from the lanai, over 1800 square feet of living space, fine furnishings, gorgeous sunsets and best of all, enjoy the best golf anywhere. The Master bedroom suite includes a king sized bed, separate tub and shower, and his and her walk in closets. The guest bedroom has two double beds which can be brought together to make a second king sized bed. The den has a sleeper sofa for added convenience. The guest bathroom is located adjacent to these two rooms. The kitchen has a breakfast table and center island, with a full view to the private lanai overlooking the lake.

Lely's Flamingo Island course, designed by Robert Trent Jones, was hailed as 'America's Best' by Golfweek Magazine and received 4 stars from Golf Digest. The Mustang course, designed by Lee Trevino, is over 7100 yards long and provides an incredible challenge to any golfer. These two famous courses are extremely well maintained and are located right in Lely Resort. The clubhouse has a well supplied pro shop and locker room with showers. After a day of golf, enjoy lunch, dinner or cocktails at the clubhouse restaurant and bar, which overlooks the course. If you prefer, return to your home and relax in the community pool or jacuzzi, just a few short steps away. The pool area has its' own clubhouse with bathrooms In addition to Lely's courses, Naples is the “golf capital” of the East Coast. There are scores of courses to play in Naples alone! The pristine beaches of Naples are only a few minutes away by car.

    All rental fee's are due 60 days prior to start date. In addition, a $500 security deposit is also required. The security deposit will be returned within 10 days of departure. There is a one time cleaning fee of $100.

    Payment may be made by certified check, money order, paypal or wire transfer. All payments must be made in US dollars. Any cancellations will result with forfeiting 25% of your deposit.

    Please, no smoking and no pets. Annual rentals are also available at a discounted rate.

The kitchen has all expected amenities, including microwave, dishwasher, range, refrigerator with door-access water and ice, pantry and all necessary dishes, utensils, etc. The dining room table can accommodate up to 8 people. The living room features 18 foot sliding glass doors to view the lake and the clubhouse in the background. Relax on the large screened-in lanai and enjoy quiet tranquility.

Spent the month of October 2007 in this beautiful condo. It is truly well located and has every convenience one could wish for in a holiday rental. It was a pleasure dealing with Peter and his crew. We hope to return in the not too distant fiture and would certainly recommend this unit.

We stay 4 weeks in October 2008 in this beautiful condo. We and our 3 kids was enthusiastic about this location. We had the pool almost allone and he is only 30 meters away. Nothing is missing in this condo and all is in a perfect shape. We will come again!
