Waterfront home is located on 100 foot wide water canal with 60 feet of dockage. Home is furnished with 1 queen size bed and 1 sofa sleeper to accommodate up to 4 people. Newer dock system allows easy in/out of your boat. Fish cleaning station and freshwater hose dockside. Quick access by boat to Gulf or Atlantic side. Fully equipped kitchen. Floors tiling throughout home. Ideal fishing/ snorkeling & diving only minutes away. 2 hours from Miami and 1 hour North of Key West. Key Colony City beach walking distance away and Sombrero beach driving minutes away. Many great restaurants within walking distance of home. Key Colony has a par-3 golf course, tennis and basketball courts. Cabana Club Memebership-3-min. walk from our home. The club has a private beach,pool, hot-tub, bar and grill

Recommend this property for someone with a boat.
Owner's Response: thank you for the positive review, our dock was a complete rebuild about 3-years ago. It is a beautiful set -up. It measures 60 feet long by 15 feet wide plus and additional 4ft drop down dock to get into/out of your boat easily

We stayed here in June of 08 and found this property to be clean, and well equipped. The location in the Keys was perfect for a 1st time visit there, and all the people at the Cabana Club and adjacant club were very friendly. I saw stingrays, an octopus, and parrot fish off the dock. Just some of the highlights of our stay. I definately recommend this property. The property owners are also great to deal with.
