Breathtaking views of Torch Lake from this nicely appointed 3 bedroom, 1 bath lakefront home. This home is located at the south end of the lake which is famous for its crystal clear water. Enjoy 100' of lakefront, including a sandy beach area with fire-pit. This home has many recent updates and offers a custom designed, fully equipped kitchen, and large living room with cathedral ceiling and fireplace (gas). Extensive decking provides the perfect space for barbeques, sun bathing, and enjoying spectacular sunrises.

Enjoy all this home has to offer, including its close proximity to the sandbar. Or, if you prefer, head to the nearby town of Alden with its unique gift and antique shops. Dining and shopping (grocery) are within walking distance, as are marinas with watercraft rentals. Northern Michigan is know for its championship golf courses, and many surround this home and can be easily accessed in as few as 10-25 miles. This home is located 23 miles NE of Traverse City. Other Northern Michigan Attractions: Sleeping Bear Dunes, Grand Traverse Bay, Lake Michigan Chain of Lakes, Mackinac Island (approx. 90 min. drive). Many local wineries.
