Beautiful well decorated ocean front house. (portofino IV) You can enjoy the ocean-view from the master bedroom or living room, watch dolphin playing in the morning. Walk 5 steps to the ocean, or lounge on the deck. Family oriented area. Full kitchen equipped with stove, pots and pans, oven and dishwasher. Big screen TV in the living room, and 4 TV/DVD. VCR in the living room. Hi speed internet is coming soon. Washer and dryer in the main floor. Under the house car parking for 3 cars. It is great for large family or great getaway even in the winter months. Seafood restaurant are excellent, miniature golf are outstanding. Surf fishing is at your finger tips or rent a boat in the inlet or the ocean. Bed arrangement King in MBR (Ocean Front), 2 rooms each has a queen bed and share a bath ,one has a queen bed and a trundle bed, one downstairs has 2 singles and LR sofa bed. Got there and the water was turned off at the street had to call a maintenance service for water. The lower living level was not clean - dirty moldy dishes in dishwasher and kitchen needed cleaning. The dining chairs were all dismanteled (called the place we got keys from and they replaced chairs). Also, in lower living area: food and gum on carpet and dusty. Maybe the issue relies with the maid service or management company? Bedrooms & baths were clean (mattessess are saggy though). Windows needed cleaning full of salt spray and couldn't see out. Doorwall wheels were worn out making door next to impossible to open unless you used WD-40 at least once or twice a day (this was only way to deck and beach). A child could no way open that door wall. Fridge fairly new and all appliances worked well. In general the place needs updating. Some of the patio furniture was broken and needs tossed. Could be a nice home if a few would things would be updated. Couldn't reach the owner so we called the place we got the keys from for a few problems. We made the best of it and did have fun though, and the area is great, if updates were made we'd stay at the home again.
