Luxury modern Home. The home is comprised of: 4 large bedrooms all with En-suite bath/shower facility, HD LCD TV's in most rooms with HD Direct TV (basic package). Main bedroom en-suite also has a jacuzzi bath and a large double walk in shower, everything in our home is finished to a high standard. Large open plan sitting room with large 47 inch HD LCD screen TV/ HD Direct TV. Blue Ray DVD player. Family room, dining area, outdoor pool and patio area with furniture. Air conditioned throughout. Luxury fully fitted open plan kitchen with breakfast bar. High ceilings throughout. Electric ceiling fans in every room & on patio.

Notes: a refundable security deposit of $2500 for bookings subject to adhering to the terms and conditions of your rental agreement. The property will be inspected on your departure. No dates are held until deposit received. We receive all payments via PayPal in any currency, exchange rate at the discretion of the owner. Rates can change at anytime and price include water,, cable TV (basic pack, PPV extra), lawn care, pool care, local telephone calls (long distance extra). Rates are non negotiable.. Cleaning/maid fee extra so too is electric.

Note: We only accept a maximum of 8 persons maximum, no exceptions. We do not accept Private Functions/ Commercial Use or Large Parties at our home during the rental period by anyone.. Minimum Rental is 4 weeks. Please check our on-line calendar before making an inquiry for any dates.

The house was luxurious. Everything was extra nice and brand new. Beautiful beds, kitchen, furniture, sculpture, great TV. Quiet dead-end street very close to the beach. Relaxing. Everyone loved it.

Fab new home with beautiful grounds and pool. House has large open kitchen,dinning room and family room. Master bedroom across the house from the other three bedrooms - great to get distance from the kids - house is a two minute walk from magnificant beach. Owners treat guest as family. If anything goes wrong ( rarely) a property manager is very responsive.
Great location - 15 minutes from Del Ray and 25 from Palm Beach.

Whilst driving to this beautiful home, you are already aware, from its surroundings, that any property strategically located on Palm Beach's intercoastal island strip, cannot be disappointing. My family have already enjoyed 4 holidays in this charmingly decorated home. Husbands beware ... the prime location of this place to shopping malls in Boca Raton, Boynton Beach, Wellington, and Gardens, may mean that you spend more of your holiday chauffeuring for your wives than planned! In summary ... a wonderful home and a wonderful location!

A fabulous home to stay in! My family would like to return as soon as possible. The house is new, the location is terrific-private yet close to main roads and just a stroll to the beach! All this made for a wonderful week!
