Deck with seating for eight, looking out at wooded area, has stainless gas grill. Attractive fence encloses backyard. Hot/cold outdoor shower. Updated, fully-equipped kitchen with Silestone counter top and high-quality cook ward. Dining area seats eight, family room with expanded cable service, 32 inch TV, VCR, and DVD, Bose sound system, and lots of games and DVDs. Four bedrooms and two full baths. Wall mounted flat screen television and DVD player in master bedroom. Linens provided. Clean, expansive basement with pool and ping pong tables for rainy days. Kayak or launch your boat on nearby Bourne Pond, walk, bike, or jog one mile under a beautiful canopy of trees to a spectacular view of Martha's Vineyard.
