GO GREEN with a budget friendly, eco-friendly visit to this 1,800 sq.ft. log home on 6.5 very private, wooded acres bordered by conservation trust land with x country ski & hiking trails outside your back door, ski in / ski out. Nestled in beautiful Apple Valley between Shelburne Falls and Williamsburg, MA. Large bedrooms, wide plank pine floors, deep jacuzzi bathtub, knotty pine bedrooms, large deck and enclosed porch. Wheelchair accessible. Queen bed, queen size sofa bed, 2 twin beds, double bed size futon. Fully carpeted upstairs. Telephone (local calls free & long distance with credit card). Firewood provided for wood stove (also has electric baseboards). Large picture windows with wonderful views of the Berkshire mountains. Ledge rock, wild flowers, hardwood & pine forest, perennial gardens, strictly organic fruit trees, raspberries and blueberries all on property. Snow-plowing provided free-of-charge.

Wonderful Winter Weekend

We had a wonderful time. The cabin was beautiful and cozy and we didn't want to leave at the end of our weekend. Coming from New York City, we really wanted to get away. The weekend in the country was exactly what we needed.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

We just got back from another great weekend at the Apple Valley Cabin.It was great! The space is wonderful, it was cozy and roomy. Our pups always love the long walks around the amazing property. We had a fantastic time, and only wished we could have stayed longer. A beautiful, cozy cabin and wonderful property. Close to many small towns with a lot to do. We highly recommend it!

Wonderful vacation. Much needed rest, the dogs loved it and so did we. Lots of hiking/skiing trails and the amenities & cleanliness of the cabin were more than what we have seen in other vacation rentals. The binder left at the cabin contained much information about area attractions and events with actual driving directions to several major attractions. We were wonderfully surprised and we will definitley be back year after year!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
