Located within 45 mins. to 9 other mountains. Attitash, Bear Peak, Wildcat, Sunday River, Cannon, Cranmore, Black, Bretton Woods, Loon, King Pine, and Shawnee Peak. You are located right in the center of all these. A great variety of challenges. And for the non-skiers, there is plenty of outlet shopping within 20 minutes. We are also near the rental for snow mobiles for non-skiers. (It really is easy to snow mobile) Hey, if I can do it, you can do it, and it is very fun. Believe it, it is a very warm sport. Bet you didn't know there are heaters on your hands and legs. Yes, there are. You can go up in the White Mountains and it is beautiful.
Summer Activities:
Withing 10 minutes of Storyland, This year Storyland has an illusion show that is fantastic for the whole family. EVERYONE WILL LOVE IT.(Attitash cart rides, pool, kiddie pool, trampoline, etc. Clark's bears, 6 gun city, Santa's village (This is a real GOOD take), and plenty of lakes and waterfalls, mountain climbers and great restaurants. I give you a list of places to swim (great interesting and different kinds of swimming) river, lakes, and boat rentals. JUST SO MUCH FUN. River swimming is the best. Rushing water, and quiet water, and CLEAN, CLEAN. Oh you will love it. WE DO. OH, Horseback riding available at the bottom of our hill. Located at Attitash Fields.
Fall:
Remember the Fryberg Maine fair, The Mud Football, and the Columbus Day long weekend. Plenty to do and the foliage is outstanding. Put this on your calendar. PHOTOGRAPHERS, This is the time for you. So, So, gorgeous. UNBELIEVABLE. This is an outstanding time for you HIKERS, many places to walk and hike. See you there.

Withing 1/2hr from 10 to 12 good golf courses. A golfer's dream.
