This newly renovated studio provides a living room, kitchen, and bedroom area which are all uniquely designed to give you 400+ sq ft of living space. In addition, the large private yard offers a variety of outdoor areas to enjoy. Also includes a brick patio, hot and cold outdoor shower, gas grill, linens, and off street parking. For guests that want a quiet setting for their rental this spotless private residence is located just a half mile from the Provincetown line and just over three miles from Provincetown Center. Travel is easy by bike, car, Shuttle Bus or taxi.

This waterfront cottage with a 40 ft. private beach on Cape Cod Bay is located just over 2 miles from Provincetown Center. Here you can walk Commercial Street and enjoy the people, art galleries, restaurants, shopping, unique shows, museums, go on a whale watch and take a dune tour. The National Sea Shore offers fabulous beaches, bike paths through the dunes and spectacular sunsets. Provincetown Center is easily reached by car, bike, cab, or the Public Town Shuttle which you can flag down right in front of the cottage. Also easy access and a short drive to Truro Center and Wellfleet.

This property features lots of outdoor space for your bikes and toys including lounge chairs, a private hot and cold outdoor shower with changing area, gas grill, brick patio and two outdoor eating areas. Watch the best show in town, the sunset, from your private Adirondack chairs on the beach.

There's absolutely no reason to leave this property... but... if you want to go exploring, simply go to the end of the driveway and flag down the frequently scheduled shuttle bus that'll take you right into Provincetown Center, Truro Center, the outer beaches and local restaurants.

A small, perfect place. The location of the cottage is ideal, the beach access and views could not be better, and the interior design of the house is remarkable for both beauty and utility. The outside living area is quite beautiful, with antique brick patio and crushed oyster shell around the grill and outdoor furniture, just a few feet from the beach. All the attractions of the Cape Cod National Seashore and Provincetown, Truro, and Wellfleet are a short distance away, and public transportation is easily accessible. Lots of whale watching tours nearby, and I was lucky enough to see a whale right from the beach of the property. Bring a kayak, canoe, wind surfing gear, or fishing rod, or just do some beachcombing. On a clear night you can see the Milky Way and a million stars. What a lovely place, and I can't wait to go back there.

I recently spent a week at this rental cottage, and can honestly say that it was the perfect place to stay! Right on the beach, close to P-town, decorated well, comfortable, quiet.....everything you could ask for. Although only 400 SQ, the interior is designed such that it feels larger. Even on a rainy day, I was quite comfortable just to sit indoors and relax. I would recommend this place to anyone. And I will definitely return!!

This cottage is simply breath taking. It captures the spirit of Cape Cod we all dream about but never get to experience. It's literally a one-of-a-kind classic that is timeless, peaceful and romantic. I have personally been vacationing in the Truro/Provincetown area for over 25 years and have never seen a rental unit so charming. It's beautifully designed and decorated with a rustic, "Shabby Chic" style that is so hard to find. "The Gem" is sincere, authentic and adorable. Frankly, this may very well be the best vacation destination I've ever had the privilege to rent. Highly recommended! Book early...it's a hidden secret that you'll fall in love with.

For 14 years, I have enjoyed searching for the "perfect vacation spot" on the Cape. In fact, I view it as a casual sport, always searching for the next spot that will be more perfect than the last spot on the Cape. My searching days are over - I have found the perfect spot on the Cape. The Gem is charming and clean. Words cannot provide an adequate description - a view of the water from every window, and the adirondack chairs right at the water's edge for a view of Provincetown and the sunsets. The Gem is well worth the trip.

What a Beauty!

I recently stayed at this cottage in Truro. I was very pleasantly surprised. The pictures do not even do it justice (even though the pictures are all quite nice!). Private, very clean and well kept, great utilization of space, the views of the ocean are unbelievable and to top it off the owner is extremely pleasant! I would definitely recommend this cottage for anyone who wants to get away from it all but still have the convenience of going into "Town" with a short bike ride. Can't get any better than this place! It will be tough to beat for the next planned vacation!
