Guest Book: Just 30 minutes and 1 hour and 30 minutes respectively, these harbor towns are a great way to spend a day. In a very sharp contrast, to the north is Myrtle Beach. Only a few miles from Surfside, visit major attractions such as The Hard Rock Cafe, Planet Hollywood, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing and The House of Blues. Take in a show at Medieval Times, The Palace Theater, The Carolina Opry and many, many more. Spend a day shopping the many outlets and malls or visiting the beautiful Ripley's Aquarium. Dine in popular chain restaurants and mega seafood buffets. Everything is close when you are centrally located. That's what makes Surfside such a special place to visit!
