Colorful drapery and original Caribbean oil paintings decorate the walls. The bedroom has an en suite Creole bath equipped with shower, modern cabinets and hairdryers. You can take a shower while viewing the islands of St. Bart and the private garden. A discrete wall safe offers security for valuables and documents. The master bedroom opens onto a balcony with a stunning 180 degree view of the Caribbean Sea and the islands of St Berth and Tintamarre on one side and the green St. Martin hills on the other side. The guest bedroom is climate controlled and offers a king-size Mahogany bed and a built-in twin bed for those traveling with small children. Spacious closets offer generous storage. Colorful drapery and original Caribbean oil paintings decorate the walls. The bedroom has an en suite Creole bath equipped with shower.

About Villa Méditerranée: Large sliding glass doors open into an outdoor patio and an outdoor veranda that lead into a large private swimming pool and an oversized jacuzzi, a deck made of with imported Italian Terracotta tiles, teak loungers and colorful cushions for sun lovers. Tennis courts, horse-back riding, surfing, sailing, snorkeling, jet-skiing, first class French restaurants, pizzeria and patisserie are all within walking distance. Villa Mediterranee is just 5 minutes from the village of Grand Case, the dining capital of the Caribbean, and only 10 minutes to the French Capital of Marigot, with its chic boutiques and bistros.
About St Martin: Jet skiing, parasailing and windsurfing, snorkeling, water skiing, deep sea fishing, horse back riding, day trips to other Caribbean islands are all within walking distance from Villa Méditerranée. St. Martin's economy has been a duty-free port for over fifty years and thousands of cruise ship passengers descend on St. Martin each year specifically for the great deals to be had here. Duty-free St. Martin shopping can save the buyer up to 50% regular North American prices, especially on luxury goods such as crystal, leather, jewelry, perfumes, and liquor. The best places to find a cluster of St. Martin shopping outlets are in Margot on the French side, which is about 10-15 minute drive from Villa Méditerranée, and Philipsburg on the Dutch, which is about 20-25 minutes drive. The rue de la Liberte' and rue de la Republique in Marigot top French St. Martin shopping destinations, where a charming jumble of architecture houses the city's chic shops and duty-free boutiques.

The villa is very comfortable, spacious and beautifully decorated. The garden is lovely, during the day when relaxing at the swimming-pool, but also at night with all the garden lights on. We've also enjoyed the veranda with the big table and the comfortable chairs. The villa certainly lived up to all the expectations the website suggested! The villa is also situated in a very attractive part of the island, Orient Beach is just a few minutes away and we found quite a few nice restaurants there. We also liked Gallion Beach which is also very close to the villa and is an ideal place for children. We're already looking forward to return to the Villa!
