Cancellation policy: All monies paid, deposit & balance, are non-refundable unless owner is able to rent the cottage for the same period of time. If so, there would only be an administration fee of $50.00 and the remainder of the money would be returned. - Pets are allowed per owners permission. There is an additional fee of $50/week for each pet if allowed.

There is an open living room with a sofa, coffee table, wicker rocking chair, television, a full kitchen, and full bath. Enjoy the outside shower after the beach. French glass doors open onto an outside patio facing a beautifully landscaped yard. Table/chairs and umbrella are on the patio for your outside dining and a gas grill for your cooking. Washer and dryer are located in the cottage basement for your use. The cottage is located behind the owner's main house (which is currently not for rent). Furnishings are a lovely seaside decor and parking is available. The cottage is ideal for a couple or small family. It is so cozy that you will never want to leave. This is a perfect retreat to relax and enjoy the summer by the sea.
