The villa overlooks a garden view from the screened in porch, with a grill and picnic tables below. You can relax and dine on the porch of in the kitchen. The living area and kitchen have vaulted ceilings and are fully equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your stay. The Master Bedroom has one queen and one double bed, a walk in shower and separate Roman hot tub. The Guest Bedroom also has one queen and one double bed and its own bathroom and balcony as well as a separate entrance, a kitchenette with mini fridge, coffee maker & microwave, iron, ironing board & vacuum. Both bedrooms are equipped with phones and there is a TV in and a DVD Player in the living room and TVs in both bedrooms.. Free wireless Internet service is included. There is a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board for your laundry needs.

It offers three championship golf courses; the Ryder course and The Wanamaker Course designed by Tom Fazio, and the Pete Dye Course. Each course provides unique features to test your game,. There are five sets of tees that make these distinct courses challenging and fun for golfers of any level. You may book tee times at any of the 3 PGA Courses on site. The PGA Learning Center is located next to The Golf Club where, for one low price, you can spend the whole day fine tuning your game. There is also a complimentary 6 hole course next to the condo where you can play and practice.

Nearby Attractions: Tradition Field, the New York Mets spring training and Minor League stadium, is just 2 miles away. Disney World is just an hour and a half ride away, straight up the Florida Turnpike. The beautiful beaches of Hutchinson Island is 12 miles away.
