Entry foyer with ski storage and ski boot dryer. Living room with cathedral ceiling, wood burning fireplace and pullout sofa bed. Upgrades this year include a new fridge and dishwasher. Fully equipped kitchen includes stove/oven, microwave, disposal, and a full assortment of cooking utensils. Dining area sits 8 comfortably. Cable TV 32 inch, DVD/VCR & Tape/CD stereo in living room. New rear deck and front bridge. Accommodates 8 in beds and 2 more on sofa bed. Lower level TV room with flat screen TV and DVD player. Secure Wi-Fi through-out condo. Separate laundry room with washer & dryer. Access to our private club-house with games, ping-pong, all season outdoor hot tub and summer only outdoor pool. Rental includes HomeAway.com protection of your rental investment up to $5,000 at no additional cost. Unit complies with Vermont’s strict new Fire & Building Codes.
