The large Private Dock features a swim platform, easy out ladder, dock lockers, jet-ski lift, and a huge 12' X 32' covered boat slip to accommodate any size boat you would normally trailer. The dock would also accommodate two smaller boats with in the large slip.
The boat launching ramp is nearby with safe parking for your trailer. There is also a half bath located on the third deck, adjacent to the waterfront deck -- very close so you don't have to trek back up to the house for bathroom needs.
The 'home's location is perfect,' we are told by past clients. 'It just doesn't get much better!' The cove is large and quiet, perfect for skiing and centrally located on the lake, easy to get to the 'the special spots' and great for heading to the quiet areas of the lake for family type boating. By land, the home is located halfway between Osage Beach and Camdenton, so you have great accessibility to all the fun activities. You won't spend your time driving in traffic, just having fun.

We realize that you are coming to Lake of the Ozarks to relax and enjoy the many fun things to do and see! We have put together a SPECIAL BINDER that contains a guide to the home's special features such as the specific Crappie Bed Locations under our dock, our numerous titles of Video Movies, instructions on operation of the jet ski life and emergency numbers or locations of things we hope you will not need...but will have easy access to...just in case.
We also have put together a list of 'OUR FAVORITES'...which has what we consider to be among the best in each category. We list the names, locations & telephone numbers of the preferred 'RESTAURANTS ON THE WATER', the best miniature golf and go-kart tracks for the kids, a complete list of the lake's GOLF COURSES with green fees, and the list just goes on...we have been told this list has provided some excellent fun for all. We also keep a supply of special coupons valid for discounts on many of the activities around the lake.
Golf:
Wow - lake of the Ozarks is considered one of the golf hot spots in the USA !! You could play a different course every day of the week....for 2 weeks and still not play them all!
Several courses are very near.... and once in a while we find ourselve in possession of
'Free passes' which we simply pass on to our guests.
