This home has decks galore (two covered and two sunny) with perfect south-eastern exposure for great sun as well as lots of trees for shade. From the upper deck you are on the same level with cardinals and bluebirds; imagine sunrises with the birds saying 'good morning' with your morning coffee. We also have a 100 foot long waterfront deck with a gazebo (which includes a ceiling fan and night-lights), allowing you to watch the kids swim or fish right off the deck. This home is very clean and spacious as well as very private, all important considerations. The upper level includes a kitchen, living room with fireplace, full length covered deck with gas grill, two bedrooms and a full bath. The lower level includes a huge bedroom with sitting area, full bathroom, and a second family room with fireplace, wet bar and another full length covered deck. The house also has a washer, dryer, water filtration system, water softener and plenty of storage. Every walkway and deck is auto-lighted.
SPECIAL FEATURES YOU WILL LIKE !!!: The large Private Dock features a swim platform, easy out ladder, dock lockers, jet-ski lift, and a huge 12' X 32' covered boat slip to accommodate any size boat you would normally trailer. The dock would also accommodate two smaller boats with in the large slip. We can email you the closest boat launching ramp and where to park your trailer.
There is also a half bath located on the third deck, adjacent to the waterfront deck -- very close so you don't have to trek back up to the house for bathroom needs.
The 'home's location is perfect,' we are told by past clients. 'It just doesn't get much better!' The cove is large and quiet, perfect for skiing and centrally located on the lake, easy to get to the 'the special spots' and great for heading to the quiet areas of the lake for family type boating. By land, the home is located halfway between Osage Beach and Camdenton, so you have great accessibility to all the fun activities. You won't spend your time driving in traffic, just having fun.

EXTRA HOME GUIDE AND FUN LIST - WOW !!!: We realize that you are coming to Lake of the Ozarks to relax and enjoy the many fun things to do and see! We have put together a SPECIAL BINDER that contains a guide to the home's special features such as the specific Crappie Bed Locations under our dock, instructions on operation of the jet ski lift and emergency numbers or locations of things we hope you will not need...but will have easy access to...just in case.
We also have put together a list of 'OUR FAVORITES'...which has what we consider to be among the best in each category. We list the names, locations & telephone numbers of the preferred 'RESTAURANTS ON THE WATER', the best miniature golf and go-kart tracks for the kids, a complete list of the lake's GOLF COURSES with green fees, and the list just goes on...we have been told this list has provided some excellent fun for all.

We booked a week's vacation and then loved the area so much we began to work with Terry who is a realto with Shoreline Realty...it turned out soooo great for both the home rental and also in finding what we wanted for our own lake house. This Home Has PRIME LOCATION! By Land we are located near junction of Hwy 54 & 'Y' road, 1/2 way between Osage Beach & Camdenton - close to all the fun & yet you are not stuck in traffic jams. By Water..we are near the 28 Mile Marker..Off of the main channel in a Huge Cove. Our guests say..'The Location is Near Perfect! Wow-From our location you can boat to Bagnel Dam, the State Park, or several waterfront restaurants. Boat the other direction to the 'really quiet side of the lake' and visit Ha Ha Tonka Castle with hiking trails & the cool natural spring or visit the mirror-like waters of the Upper Osage. The home is near the Factory Outlet Mall (112-stores) & a new Wal-Mart Super-center is just 3 miles, Big Surf Water Park is 2 miles away for easy access & no traffic to fight. If you love golf - there are premier courses very close by (we can e-mail link with locations & rates). For the kids, of course-miniature golf & go-kart tracks. Golf: Wow - lake of the Ozarks is considered one of the golf hot spots in the USA !! You could play a different course every day of the week....for 2 weeks and still not play them all!

'Free passes' which we simply pass on to our guests.

The lease amount is split into 2 payments. First 1/2 is due within 30 days of acceptance of security deposit & confirmation of your booking.The final 1/2 is due 30 days in advance of your ARRIVAL DATE. This payment schedule allows easier budgeting for families. We take personal checks...providing they are received according to the above payment schedule. Bookings within 30 days require cert. funds
