Peaceful, neat and clean ranch-style Cape Cod cottage located in a quiet, family oriented neighborhood. Relax in this cozy cottage or outside on the back deck/yard. Close walk to beaches (Haigus Beach, South Village Beach and West Dennis Beach). NANTUCKET SOUND.Conveniently located to local restaurants, golf courses, shops, and miniature golf. Your vacation spot is located on a child friendly dead-end street. Ample parking. It has an open kitchen and living room with cathedral ceilings, skylights and hardwood floors. Rinse off in the large enclosed outdoor shower after your day at the beach. The backyard with large deck is perfect for lying out in the sun, relaxing, family cookouts, etc. It is all about relaxation and peacefulness! . Inquiries are beginning to come in, so please be sure to book your preferred vacation week for the summer of 2010.

Pets possible with owners permission.

Relaxing and comfortable Dennisport cottage....

Our family just finished an awesome week vacationing at this Dennisport cottage. We have two daughters, ages 15 and 12, and the house was perfect. It was very clean, neat, and comfortable. We brought our dog with us and loved having the lead in the backyard to attach him to. The backyard is very private with a large deck and comfortable patio furniture where we enjoyed our dinners. Our daughters enjoyed relaxing on the hammock. The bedrooms were nice size and we liked the high ceilings, ceiling fans, hardwood floors, and skylights. The furniture in the family room was very comfortable. The outdoor shower worked out well when returning from the beach.The house is in a nice location. It is on a dead end street, in a quiet neighborhood, and in close proximity to Haigus, South Village, and West Dennis beaches. Chatham is not too far for some nice shopping. The owners were great to work with and we would recommend this Dennisport cottage.

A Great family vacation location

My husband and I stayed here for a week with our three teenage daughters. The cottage was cute from the outside as well as on the inside. It was roomy enough for all of us, and the beds were comfortable at the end of a long day. The location was terrific....easy to head to beaches (we went to West Dennis, Haigus, White Crest, Harding, chatham Lighthouse and Mayo)...close to restaurants (recommend Mac's in Wellfleet!!)....Sundae school for ice cream several times....Pirates cove for mini golf. Chatham was only a short ride for great shopping as well as the beach. Owners were great to work with and very prompt when I asked any questions in preparation to go. The deck outside was terrific. We used the gas grill almost daily, and even broke out their lobster pot one night. Must bring your own linens, but not a problem. Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended.

convenient and clean

I really enjoyed staying here. It was a few blocks to beach, quiet at night, but convenient to stores and convenience stores etc. It was great having a grill and outdoor shower; used the shower every day! There is really everything that you need at the house. Maybe the only thing that would have been nice to bring along would be bikes. I didn't have one and I recommend you bring one or two along.

I don't have any complaints to speak of.. the house was great and more up to date than you will find other cottages. I informed the owner that the screen were broken going out to the deck from the kitchen (it kept falling down so we used the screen entrance from the master bedroom).

You won't regret your stay here.. even the neighbors were nice!

Great little cottage, clean and neat. Located on nice, private road and close to all major cape highways. Great seafood take out at Swan River Restaurant and awesome ice cream at Sundae School...both located on Lower County Road. Several nice beaches in the area, one right up the road and the farthest being no more than a 5 minute drive. Enjoyed the large deck in back at the end of each day...owners were great to work with and we would highly recommend!
