This Cape style house is located in a quiet setting on the ocean side in North Truro. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a fully equipped kitchen and adjoining dining area with a slider to a private deck which offers additional seating for outdoor meals. Off the deck is a newly enclosed outdoor shower, perfect for after the beach. The house offers a spacious sunken living room for comfortable living and the large master bedroom has a private bath. The house offers a small farmers porch on the front with a well established lawn. There is a regulation size volley ball court made from clean beach sand and an extra picnic table. Families have enjoyed vacationing here as it provides a homey and comfortable environment.

This home is located 1.5 miles from both ocean and bay beaches. It is convenient to several biking/hiking trails, the National Seashore, local theatre company 'Payomet Playhouse,' the historic lighthouse 'Highland Light' and the 9 hole links style golf course, 'Highland Links.' Our property is also approximately 7 miles from the artistic, fishing community of Provincetown. Attractions there include Whale Watching, Sports fishing, Dune Tours, Art Galleries, fine dining and breathtaking beaches.

The house was a great place to spend a vacation with easy access to route 6 and PTown. It was clean and well-maintaned and the owner was very helpful. The beds were very comfortable and there was ample parking too. It was a great house for families with kids. We would stay there again!
