Step inside this one of a kind Yankee Barn Home with granite counters and a large kitchen island right off the 400sqft great room. This is a gathering place to start or finish a wonderful day. Wide pine flooring and solid wood beams compliment the style and class of your vacation retreat which includes 3 fireplaces, two master suites, formal dining room, office, WiFi and TV loft. Outside color abounds with extensive plantings. Relax poolside on the large patio or swim and splash in the 20x40' gated heatable inground pool that uses a salt system that is chlorine free. There is an outside hot water shower so you can wash up after a busy day of fun. A 1000sqft deck goes to a back yard where you can play horseshoes, pick raspberries & herbs or relax under the 30-40' oak trees. Short walk to beach. Ocean views outside and inside on all 3 floors

Weekend nights live music for all ages is provided free of change. A short three mile drive brings you to the well-known Mashpee Commons with its 90+ shops of all kinds, foods, drinks, and a movie are all there for you as you stroll around. There are also three supermarkets right there in the area. Your picks for eating out within fifteen minutes are unlimited. Golf is available in the area. Spring, Summer and Fall are ablaze with things to do on the Cape or you can opt for a day trip to the Islands if you wish. Whatever you decide, the days and nights are yours to enjoy in this fully equipped summer vacation home.
