Cozy, comfortable decor includes country antiques throughout. The living room opens to an expansive lawn with a classic, old New England stone wall and view of wildlife sanctuary. Enjoy a large eat-in kitchen and outdoor picnic/sitting areas. Lots of windows and doors provide abundant light and sea breezes. A cozy studio apartment above the detached garage has an open floor plan with living, dining, sleeping areas, fully equipped kitchenette, cable TV and deck with a beautiful view of the nature preserve and a peek of the ocean. No unsupervised children or teens permitted in apartment, please.
