This brand new beautiful condominium is located in Fox Point at the Redstone. You will find nine-feet ceilings and new furnishings with a Mountain flair. The beautifully appointed master bedroom has a private full bathroom, queen bed, down comforter, and cable TV/DVD. The second bedroom has two twin beds and its own spacious bathroom. A comfortable living room with queen sofa sleeper, fireplace, cable TV/DVD/VCR and stereo. The dining room and breakfast bar lead to a fully-equipped kitchen complete with granite countertopes, alder cabinets and slate flooring. The condo is complete with washer and dryer. Come and enjoy our lovely condo and its great location this season. You will enjoy retreating to your quiet home away from home after a fun day on the ski slopes, mountain biking, hiking, golfing, tubing, boating, an exciting day of shopping or a sightseeing adventure. We are locals here and are happy to let you in on all the BEST PARK CITY has to offer.

Nearest Airport: Salt Lake City International Airport at 35 Miles
Right in your backyard is Park City's newest shopping area, Redstone Village, where you will find new restraunts, movie theater, shops, galleries, Wild Oats market and much more. The Historic Park City Main Street, Park City Mountain Resort, The Canyons and Deer Valley Resort are a short drive away, or they can all be accessed by the FREE City bus only steps away. Five of Utah's other resorts (Snowbird, Alta, Solitude, Brighton and Snow Basin) are easily accessible and a within 45 minute drive from the condo. Enjoy beautiful views of th ski resorts, surrounding mountains and the Winter Olympic Park, which is just across the street. Additional shopping at the area's only outlet mall is 1/2 mile away, as well as the only tubing park in town, just down the street.

Though it looks like a commercial building and it should as that is what it is. The interior is well laid out and it seems much larger than it is. The openess of the kitchen to the eating area and living room makes that possible. The kitchen has up-graded appliances and granite counter tops, more than enough cabinets of high quality and a slate floor. The bathroom set ups are ideal for a party of 2,4, or 6. The overall location is ideal rite in the middle of the newer Redstone Village. Plenty of shopping, and many very good resturants within walking distance including the popular Red Rock Grill from SLC. I found being out from Park City(6miles) was less noisey and not as congested. Close to Canyons ski area, outlet stores, Wal-Mart, Ruby Tuesdays and many fast food resturants. For the price I think this was one of the best places I have stayed for many years when you consider location, quality, and overall ambiance. One slight draw back that may effect some is that one has to ascend numerous stairs to enter your condo, it is a second floor entry. But, the bottom line is that it is worth it when you once have settled in. Would I recommend to a friend..YES, would I stay again..YES Owners were help-ful and easy to work with.
