The house is over 2700 sq ft and has 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on 3 levels with 2 sitting rooms - each has a raised hearth log fireplace sleeping a total of 16 persons comfortably. The main sitting room has a new 50' giant screen plasma with DVD and whole house WiFi and there are 2 decks with large gas BBQ making this an ideal multi family or group accommodation.

House Description: This comfortable 2700 square foot house has six bedrooms and three bathrooms on three levels with two sitting rooms that each have a log fireplace with Giant screen plasma on the main level and WI-FI internet throughout. The home sleeps a total of 16 persons. A lower level family room with TV/VCR and log fireplace and adjacent bedrooms and full bath make this an ideal multi family or group accommodation. There are a further two queen master suites and full bath on the upper level. A huge deck and enclosed porch make for great outdoor barbecues, and there is ample parking space for all the cars and trucks ! A perfect location for all group activities--this house is minutes away from everything the valley has to offer.
Whats more the owners are local and own several lodging establishments so no dealing with absent owners!! Got questions or concerns - just pick up the phone ! Check in and administration from our office at Wills Inn.
Accomodations: On the upper level, there are two master bedrooms each with a queen bed plus a full bathroom.
The main level has 2 bedrooms as well as a fully equipped kitchen and siting room. First bedroom has 2 twin beds and second has one twin and one double bed. Another full bathroom with jetted tub on yhis level.
The lower area consists of a fully finished basement having another family room with fireplace, sectional sofa seating plus full sleepsofa with an additional TV area too. There are two further bedrooms--one with two twin beds and the other with a twin and a double bed plus a third full bathroom on this level. Ideally suited for the larger family the unit has central vacuum, forced hot water oil fired heating, washer and dryer, large enclosed Farmer's Porch and barbecue on the deck for summer.

Mark and Beverley Dryjas, originally from England, purchased this house in 2001 as a family vacation home for their friends and relatives from all around the world to visit and enjoy the unbelievable amount of activities that surround the area. Having arrived in the USA after living on the Island of Menorca in the Balearic Islands of Spain for 13 years, mountain life was very different!!!
Originally owning Wills Inn - a local hospitality business and Topnotch Vacations - the area’s largest independent rental company, Mark and Beverley quickly saw that there were very few larger homes in the area that families could comfortably share. Glenwood House has been a great success with the families and activity groups returning each year.
Being a family committed to outdoor activities it was ideal to have a place where there was plenty of space to store all the gear, for all the adults to be able to sit for a cocktail or two after skiing in front of a huge fireplace, while the kids could have their own privacy and entertainment in the downstairs family room. The house became so popular that a larger house was purpose built nearby - also rented on VRBO called Bearbrook House.
The owners own and operate their properties and are on site based from Wills Inn for any questions and assistance with arrangements.
Mark and Beverley have been actively involved in property rental in the area for almost 11 years and when Topnotch Vacations was sold in 2006 the house was retained as a favorite! The design of the house inspired the construction of Bearbrook House which accommodates great more guests.
