This 3 bedroom, 1 bath waterfront rental located on Lower Mousam Lake in Acton, ME can comfortably accommodate 6 -7 adults & children. Fully furnished with all amenities. 2 Kayaks, brand new pedal boat, and 1 Canoe, hammock, plenty of outside lawn chairs. Great for families with children, and for fishing off the dock. We also have indoor games,plenty of movies, Cable TV & VCR/DVD in living room and in 2 bedrooms and outdoor toys, kiddie pool and a wooden play center onsite. Marina and gas station and public boat launch on Lake. Mousam Lake is 7 miles long and covers 900 acres.

    Credit cards accepted through Paypal. Dogs are accepted with a flat $100 fee for a weekly stay (2 dog maximum).

We found it to be a great property for family of 4 adults, kayaks etc good fun, local shop easy to get to by boat or car, situation good with local restaurants fairly near. There was one small problem but the owners did their best to sort well and this will not recurr again.
