The Twin Villas (Islamorada & Key Largo) are both decorator furnished and located in the upscale residential neighborhood of Coral Ridge Country Club. The Twin Villas are conveniently located within walking distance to shopping, movie theaters, restaurants and grocery stores. This villa is furnished with Mexican tiled floors throughout, designer furnishings, including all new stainless kitchen and bathrooms walk in travertine showers and modern vanities. The kitchen is made for a gourmet chef with wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances and huge amounts of work space and separate bar area. The bathrooms are all new with top of the line fixtures. This villas has original works of art and hand woven oriental carpets. The Twin Villas (Key Largo and Islamorada) share a beautifully landscaped pool ,which is heated for year round comfort. Lots of outdoor activities are nearby including shopping, biking, boating, water sports, and the beaches.

This property is excellent, we spent a week there in March 2009.Two couples from UK, no complaints at all, very clean, Pool great, (no extra charge for BBQ or heating of Pool, which many other properties do) Walter couldnt have been more helpful he even loaned us his mobile. Shops very close.The very large and High bed in one of bedrooms was quite a feature, and was very amusing when I only 5foot 2inches tried to get into.Walter produced steps for me which I really could not do without.
We highly recomend this beautiful property, it was just like home from home. Beautiful decor, very comfortable and relaxing the ideal place for your holiday.

I was pleasantly surprised with this house. Pictures do NOT do it justice. The relaxing and secluded tropical pool setting was perfect after trips to Los Olas, shopping, the Keys and So. Beach is only 40 minutes away. We are a family with two teenagers and the Mall was a short walk and entertaining. Great neighborhood. The rental staff was also excellent. I highly recommend this rental.

We were a family with two children, 5 and 7 years old. Perfect loaction. The kids loved the svimming pool. Everythings is close. The property was clean and well maintained. Highly recommended.

Loved Lauderdale property

This villa was everything the description said and more! It was beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings, very clean and in a quiet neighborhood, yet an easy drive to the beach. It easily accomodated our family of 2 teenagers and 2 younger kids. The pool was good sized, private and always clean. The owner personally met us to let us in and took us on a tour so we were familiar with everything for our stay. Fresh flowers and a bottle of wine awaited us upon arrival. We would recommend this property and should we return to the area, we would consider renting it again.

One of our nicest vacations

I spent a week in March 2008 in this house, together with my wife, our son and his fiancee. We all came from a rather gloomy, snowy Sweden to this paradise. We liked the house the moment we walked through the front door. Everything was in the best of order, clean nice and tidy. The home is decorated in a very nice and tasteful way. We all felt that we easily could have bought the house on the spot with everything in it and kept it!
Shopping for groceries was close (5min walk) and excellent (Publix) We enjoyed staying at home at nights having BBQ poolside, we actually did not visit any of the nearby restaurants (said to be quite good), as I find it a great plasure to make great meals for my family.. Last year we toured southern Florida by car with another couple. The cost for 2 decent motelrooms actually equals the cost for a night at this house. We felt we made a bargain. The area feels like a nice and safe middleclass surrounding, we were surrounded by other nice houses on the street and everybody were friendly. Decent shopping at the local mall (5min walk) Excellent shopping at the Galleria mall (4miles) Sawgrass Mills outlet overrated. Key West and Orlando within reach for daytrips. We brought our GPS, great invention! It also helped that the dollar was so cheap for us at the time; we shopped til we dropped! Pool was generous in size and very tidy. Walter gave us a warm welcome; thank you! I will recommend this to all of my friends and collegues! We have a second home on the French Riviera wich is wonderful, but my wife and I actually talked about getting a place in Ft. Lauderdale instead, great weather in the winter. Maybe you can cut a deal for us Walter! ;) Anders and family
