I should have known there'd be a problem when I wasn't allowed to view the property in person this spring. We were denied access because 'the staff' hadn't gotten the property ready for summer rental yet. We held our opinions until we actually stayed there and then all my fears came true. Upon inpsection of the bed I'd sleep in, the first problem was the stained mattress pad..yuck. Thank goodness I brought my own linens, quilt, mattress pad & sheets. This property is simply not maintained.The furniture is falling apart or filthy. The futons are not fit to sit on, let alone sleep in. When we opened the bread box draw we found mouse poisoning pellets--now thats' 'family friendly' We nailed it shut so the 3 yr olds couldn't get access. The outdoor shower didn't work until we had to call the 'staff' to fix it on Tuesday. This place is fit, for maybe, a bunch of college guys who could care less about their accomodatiuons. I own a summer rental in Dennis and am ashamed to think a summer landlord could offer a dump like this for such an incredible amount of money. Renter beware. This dish drainer was dirty and at least 6yrs old, there was no handle ont the refridgerator door. For a place that supposedly sleeps 22-the fridge was good for 2-4 people. The only thing these landlords got right was there was enough hot water for 18 people. The ourdoor lights stayed on all night long. The beds were old and uncomfortable. The basement stunk of mold & mildew-no dehumidifer running. Various lamps did not work. Awful & totally uncomfortable
