Balsam is ideal for young families and retired couples. It is situated directly on one of the few natural sandy beaches at Sunapee. The camp faces westward with an excellent view of the beautiful sunsets. There is room to dig in the sand and build sand castles or relax in a beach chair. Swimming, boating and canoeing are ideal ways to spend your time on/in the lake. The camp interior is comfortable yet rustic.
