Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, sleeper sofa in living room. Sleeps 6

WHY are we at the bottom? You PAY for pictures to be put on this site. Then move higher up the list. PLEASE NOTE! We no longer allow pets! We only rent for 6 days or longer. No 2-5 day rentals. Both condos have NEW CARPET as of January 2010. We have two beautiful condos, 202 and 223, located in Loggerhead Cay. Both are in building 2 and BOTH have FREE wireless INTERNET ACCESS. Condo 223 is wonderfully decorated with new furniture, bedspreads, pillows, new appliances and flooring. Living room wall is mirrored to reflect the Gulf of Mexico. The lanai (with new furniture) can be closed with sliding glass doors. The view of the Gulf of Mexico is wonderful from this third floor condo. We have had very favorable comments from guests who stayed in March and April. We are situated so the lanai is sunny in the morning and shaded in the afternoon. This condo had never been rented or put in a rental situation until Jan. 2007. Lanai picture and living room picture are from 223.

NEW SOFA AND LOVESEAT IN 202. Fall 2013 new mattress and pillows in 223.

Our 202 condo is a private 'end' condo on second floor with a nice view of the Gulf and pool. It also has a newly mirrored living room wall. The lanai is sunny in the morning and shaded in the afternoon with a new table and chairs and lounger for your comfort. Beach umbrella and chairs are there for your enjoyment. WE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION to the CLEANLINESS of both condos.Both condos have leather recliners and large tv's when you are ready to rest. When we figure out how to work the camera there will be more pictures!! Top picture is from 202.

It can difficult to know what you are getting via internet. The two most important aspects of our condos are CLEANLINESS AND COMFORT. We just returned from cleaning our condos and read our guestbooks. Some of the comments were "What a LOVELY condo...found it via Internet and kept our fingers crossed. We loved your condo and will definitely be back...." Every comment in the guestbook read like this. We take great pride in making sure our condos are like a second home and it seems people do appreciate that. Not all condos are carefully managed and that is why we use a rental agency right on Sanibel to make sure your every need is met. We are seeing many repeat guests this year.

PERFECT HOME AWAY FROM HOME!

Our family stayed in Loggerhead Cay 223 in July 2012. This was our final family vacation before our oldest daughter left for college and we wanted it to be special. We had never used VRBO and weary of planning such an important trip sight unseen and over the internet. The condo was a perfect home away from home and the perfect setting for creating memories that will last us a lifetime! This property surpassed our expectations and met our needs in every way. It was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. All amenities and features were as noted. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable and the twin beds in the 2nd bedroom were perfect for our teenage daughters. We ate the majority of our meals in the condo and the kitchen met all of our needs. We loved the openness of the condo and the views from the lanai. The washer and drier were very handy and the A/C kept us cool when the summer weather was hot. It was great having a beautiful beach right down the walkway from the unit. We enjoyed our morning walks with our family dog to the lighthouse and back. The shelling was excellent and my daughters and I found several whole dead sand dollars on the outer sandbar (found many live ones but you can’t keep those!). We also fished from the shore and caught several fish over 2 feet long! We didn’t use the pool as much as we thought we would but it was heated and very nice as well. Tennis courts, shuffleboard area, and grills were all great as well. The rental agency was quick and responsive when we accidentally locked ourselves out after hours the evening we arrived! The owners were very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had before and during our stay. Thanks to them for all the information and suggestions they gave to make our stay more enjoyable! We love your condo and appreciate you sharing your home with us!! We feel so very fortunate to have found this condo and look forward to renting it again on our next trip to Sanibel. Rent this unit with confidence and enjoy your Sanibel vacation as much as we did!

BEST HONEYMOON IMAGINABLE!

My husband and I stayed in Loggerhead Cay 202 for our honeymoon as well as a recent vacation and it has always surpassed our expectations! The views from the lanai are spectacular (which is shaded in the afternoon by the way) so you can really enjoy watching the sunset over the ocean! The condo was the cleanest we have ever stayed in, and it is clear that the owners take great care in keeping it up to date as well. Having the internet available was an essential for us and we were pleased with the high speed and easy accessibility. Overall, we would never stay in any other condo on Sanibel and plan on returning every chance we get!

First off we have stayed in Destin the last five years and that being said we will stay at the Freemans' condo (granted they keep renting it) from here on out. First condo was great, a very large unit with more than enough room and very clean and comfortable. Second the view is awesome from the balcony. The island atmosphere is sooo much more relaxed than Destin, people are friendlier, very uncrowded, and you don't have to wait to get to get a table anywhere we went to eat ( Island Cow was our favorite). We took a fishing charter with Crank It Fishing, my 9 yr old wanted to go shark fishing and Cpt. Josh put us right on them, we caught 11 sharks and had just as many cut our lines, if your looking to go fishing try Capt. Josh he was great with my son and wife. All in all the best vacation we have taken so far.
