Nantucket newly renovated home located 1.25 miles to the popular Surfside beach. 6 Bedrooms,3 full baths- sleeps 12-14 people. As you enter the house you come upon the dining area with wooden floors, bead board ceiling and warm fireplace. An antique pine dining table comfortably seats 10. Opening onto the breakfast nook and the kitchen with custom cabinets, granite and butcher block counters, stainless steel appliances. Great room with cathedral ceiling, TV/DVD armoire,comfortable couches(one a queen size sleeper). Also on this floor:full bathroom with laundry, and a bedroom with 2 twin beds. Upstairs has two bedrooms which share a full bathroom. Both rooms have a queen size bed,luxurious linens,window A/C. Lower level:3 more bedrooms, 2 w/queen beds, one w/2 twins, all with ceiling fans, another full bathroom. Outdoors-bluestone patio w/teak dining table, chaise lounges,large gas grill, lush landscaping, outdoor shower. Wi-Fi and all amenities to make this a great vacation home!
