Newly refurbished condo 2 blocks off St. Pete Beach is fully furnished for your enjoyment. Full-size kitchen w/ granite counter tops and built in microwave will provide all the comforts of home. Has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, plus a queen-size sleeper sofa to sleep as many as 6. Gorgeous pool area and barbecue to enjoy the sun if you don't feel like walking to the beach. If you do want to walk to the beach, it's about 150 yards with no major roads or intersections to cross. The condo is downstairs in a 2-story, u-shaped building with a heated pool in the center surrounded by tropical landscaping. There are only 19 total units in the building, so it is very quiet, peaceful, and serene. There is also assinged parking space for each condo large enough to fit 2 vehicles or a vehicle and boat.
