Welcome to our spacious penthouse condo at North Coast Village with views of the Pacific Ocean and lush landscaping. This is a 2 story condo with 1400 SF and sleeps 6 to 8 people comfortably. This beautiful 12-acre complex is on the sand and the unit has views overlooking the complex landscaping to the ocean. The floor plan has 2 master bedrooms with full baths, an open den/3rd bedroom (with no locking door), living room with a gas fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 3 patios with views to the Pacific, and a gas barbecue. Enjoy all the comforts of home with cable TV/VCR/DVD player, stereo/CD player, telephone, linens, towels and utensils, a cozy fireplace, new hardwood flooring, carpeting and leather sofas. Beach toys, beach chairs, and brochures for major Southern California attractions and local travel planning guides are provided in the condo for your use. Laundry facilities are located downstairs. This condo comes with two reserved parking spaces.
