Come and Enjoy Island life. Our spacious smoke-free condo has over 1400 square feet all on the first floor. We completely re-carpeted, repainted, and newly equipped this unit in 2004-05 to provide you with all the comforts of home. Convenient island location close to the beach, shopping, bike paths, and Village. Ideal for a family getaway, this condo comes complete with everything you will need. We are part of the famous Sea Palms Golf and Tennis Resort. As our guest you will receive membership privileges at Sea Palms during your stay. The Resort has two golf courses, three tennis courts, two pools with children's wading pools close by, a fitness center, saunas, and a clubhouse with restaurant and bar. (Use of some of these facilities requires an extra fee.) This is our home away from home. Your comfort is very important to us.

Nearest Beach: beach at 5 Miles
In the immediate area there is shopping for every need: supermarkets and convenience stores, gift stores, clothing stores, and antique stores. There is no shortage of things to do including gorgeous scenery, nature trails, sandy beaches, fishing, historical sites, museums and art galleries, live theater, casino cruises in season, carriage rides, movie theaters, and boat, canoe, bike, and horse rentals. You may want to take time to explore Christ Church, Fort Frederica, and the Saint Simons Lighthouse. You could also take a day trip to Cumberland Island, Jekyll Island or to the Okefenokee Swamp Park in Waycross. Eat at some of the best restaurants that the Island has to offer at Redfern Village. Visit East Beach or Massengale Park for the best swimming on the Island.

    We prefer Sat - Sat weekly rentals during the months of June and July.
    GA/FL Weekend $150/night - Damage Deposit Required
    Call for a quote on long term rates.
    Credit Cards through PayPal only - 3% Fee.
    All linens and cleaning fees are included.

    Check-in: 4 pm Check-out: 10 am

    Amenities at the Sea Palms Resort may require and additional fee.

    Deposit - 50% of rental fee to reserve. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Signed contract required.

    We only rent to US and Canadian citizens. We require a copy of your Driver's License for ID verification.

    We do not rent to people under the age of 25.

Great Vacation Hide-Away

Our family of 5 had a most relaxing week in this spacious condo. The pictures don't express how much room the condo had, but we were not a bit cramped. It also has the most complete kitchen! A tornado went thru on Mothers Day and the condo's pool was under repair but we had the 2 club pools to choose from. The condo is on a quiet dead-end street, so peaceful, but close enough to the beach and shopping. We hope to return again.

I loved the privacy and quietness of the area surrounding the condo. It is convenient to shopping and golf. The free pool on site was a great amenity. Thanks for a great time. I'd love to book your condo again next year!
