Modern home with beautiful view of the bay. Decks off 3 of the bedroom, all with beautiful views. Captivating sunset off the back patio deck. As you enter the home, it gives you the feel as if you're on a ship. The main room has a large sectional leather couch, a gas fireplace, and hardwood floors. There are two eating areas in opposite alcoves. The dining area comfortably seats 8 and the breakfast nook seats 4. Also, there is a 20 foot bar seating area with 4 bar chairs. The gourmet kitchen includes a full size sub-zero, double ovens, and 4 burner gas range with griddle, all conveniently located. After a fun filled day at the beach, you can come home and relax on the back deck, and enjoy an extraordinary bay sunset.

Beach Haven has Long Beach Island's only amusement area, along with many restaurants, nightclubs and great beaches. The town's historical district has many beautiful Victorian seaside houses. In town you will find many shops and restaurants including Bay Village and Schooner's Wharf, along with Fantasy Island Amusement Park and the Thundering Surf Water Slide. In the historical district, you'll find the Long Beach Island Historical Museum, The Surflight Theater, Veterans Bicentennial Park as well as the island's best beaches. You can also go back in time and savor the character of a late 19th century coastal resort town by taking a tour of buildings constructed before 1900. Each is marked with a white plaque inscribed in blue, 'Bicentennial, Pre-1900.' During July and August, The Alliance for a Living Ocean runs 3-hour eco-tours of the island that leaves from the COC (265 West 9th Street). One tour does the north half of the island while does the south.

Beautiful location - well equipped rental home!

Very nice house with beautiful bay views, short and easy walk to the ocean beach. House was in great condition and well equipped with everything we needed. Was a real treat to be right on the water and enjoy sunsets while eating dinner on the deck. Would definitely rent here again.

Great week at the shore!

We had a great week on the bay at this property in the begining of August. The house is very roomy and has a fabulous view. We loved sitting out on the deck at night and watching the sunrise and the 2 rooms on the water side had great balconies overlooking the bay. The eating area allows room for kids and adults both with 3 different areas to sit and the kitchen is fantastic! It has one of the best driveways to accommodate everyone in the family. We brought our boat with us and kept it in a slip right next door at the marina for the week and it worked out great! The kids enjoyed crabbing off the back bulkhead. The bedrooms were a great size and very comfy! We would recommend to anyone looking for an open floor plan home that wants the views and quiet of the bay, yet less than a 5 minute walk to the beach! Owner is great to rent from and made the planning process easy! We had a couple of issues that he responded to immediately, even though he was away on vacation himself.

Unforgettable weekend!

My friends and I were looking for a place to stay for the 4 of July weekend and we were very lucky ended up at this place. It was such a beautiful house and privacy. All the rooms are very nice and clean and well decorated. The sunset is unbelievable!! We all had such a wonderful time together. We will definitely recommend to those who want to have a great relaxing getaway. Hopefully, we will rent it again next year.

Fantastic House

Our family has rented this house two times and both times were FANTASTIC. It is a georgeous home with all the amenities. The view of the bay is the best on the island. Large rooms with pleanty of room for all. The kitchen is top notch. The owners are very nice and they keep the home in outstanding order. If you rent this house, you will not be disappointed

Perfect LBI Vacation

This was the second year we rented here and loved both. The
sunsets were beautiful. The home was open and spacious.
All the ammenities were included. We especially enjoyed the
privacy yet minutes from everything. We'll be back next year!
