Complete dinnerware and cooking utensils are provided. Bed linens and bath towels are included. Clean up maid service is provided before your arrival and after your departure. We request a smoke free environment inside the condo - please feel free to use the balcony as your smoking lounge on the trip. Unfortunately no pets are allowed per the villa guidelines.
Free Wireless high speed internet added this year. Other upgrades include new washer and dryer, new hardwood floors and carpet.
Golf: Many golf specials available at the front office.
Guest Book: We have a wagon, cooler and beach chairs available for our guests' use, the wagon is ideal for the short walk to the beach. The best thing about Hilton Head Island is that everything is within a few minutes drive. We have included a list of restaurants and activities at our condo and would appreciate your suggestions after your visit. Savannah is about 35 miles to the south and Charleston South Carolina is about 110 miles to the north if anyone is interested in some Southern sightseeing. The trip to Charleston may be longer, but for those who have not yet made the trip; it is one of the most unique historical cities of the South. Make sure to take a carriage ride to get a great view of the blocks and blocks of historical city homes.
