Luxury condo located on Lake Norman in Cornelius, NC. Easily accessible from I77 exit 28 or exit 25. Only 19 miles north of downtown Charlotte. Close to Lowe's Motor speedway; 5 minutes from Birkdale Village, and walking distance from Kings Point Marina and Midtown Sundries Restaurant! The view of the lake is breathtaking! The unit has a private boat slip in a gated marina. The unit is professionally decorated and lavishly furnished with wonderful beds, sofas, and accessories. Units has 3 bedroom, 2 baths, full size kitchen and living room/dining room. The master has a private bath with whirlpool tub.

The condos are located in the Cornelius, NC area with lots to do! On the property we have a pool, tennis court, fishing, and sand volleyball at Midtown Sundries. We are within walking distance of Kings Point Marina where you can rent pontoon boats or a wave runner! We are just a short driving distance from the drive-thru zoo, horseback riding, shopping at Birkdale, movies at Birkdale, the Carowinds amusement park, and LOWE'S Motor Speedway! Golf courses are everywhere!
