Thanks for your interest in the peninsularhouse. It’s a completely private vacation rental home with all you would expect in a resort. Private sandy beaches, heated spa & pool, boat dock, with 4 new kayaks for your enjoyment. ( 3 singles & 1 double). Another 2006 addition is a thatched tiki hut alongside the pool. We are continually looking for features that will make an enjoyable and memorable vacation.
But as you would expect it’s already booked for a good part of 2006 season, with a lot of repeat customers from previous years. There are still a few weeks available in June, July & Aug 06 and more availability after Labor Day.

Please ask for prices of weeks, such as Christmas, New Years, Easter, Thanksgiving & Lobster weeks.
For all rates add $ 150 cleaning & 11.50% FL tax.
