Sunshine House on the south side of the island sits high on a bluff overlooking Cooper Jack Hill and the crystalline waters of the Caribbean. Other views include the mystical Five Cays and Discovery Bay. Originally, Sunshine House was the home of Sunshine Nursery. This secluded villa sits among beautiful gardens. Enjoy your days lazing around the thirty-five foot pool or under the pergola as you are mesmerized by the Caribbean ocean. The first floor has the living room with a TV, dining area and kitchen with French doors opening to a covered veranda. The veranda leads to a stone patio and on the the pool. For sleeping you have a first floor bedroom with a king-size bed and a TV. On the second floor is the Master bedroom with a king-size bed, a TV, and raised bathtub allowing ocean breezes and views for your enjoyment.

I found the Sunshine House to be a very safe and
secluded getaway with one of the most spectacular
views on the island. Everyone we dealt with from
the owners to the local staff were incredibly helpful
in facilitating our arrival. The house was well
furnished to cover all of our basic vacation needs. I
would not hesitate to stay here again or
recommend to a friend.

The Sunshine house was everything that we had hoped for. We had two small children with us, and it worked out great with them. The pictures show exactly what you get. The view was beautiful. We would certainly stay there again.

What a great vacation. The house was great. The destination was the best that we had encountered. The people were friendly. We are definitly considering a return trip. A week is not long enough. Amenities in the house were great. Strongly suggest staying at this property.
