LANDMARK Stratton Mountain Vermont Unit (Clock Tower). Our unit has had a complete renovation. It is a 3 bedroom DELUXE condo with concierge service located adjacent to the base lodge & lifts and has spectacular mountain views. NEVER DRIVE (2 parking spots included). Our unit is in Stratton Village with the BEST restaurant VERDE in our building, walk to other restaurants, shops and spa.
Main level: Living room w/fireplace & flat screen TV, gourmet kitchen and eat-in area. MASTER SUITE has a king bed, flat screen TV,bath with jacuzzi. The second floor includes two large bedrooms. The first has a queen bed & entertainment area, & the other 2nd floor bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds(with double beds on the bottom) and one trundle bed. There is a second floor bath. This Condo is ideal for a large family or two. Exclusive access to OWNER'S LOUNGE in the lobby that has a social room for small gatherings and a pool table, games,TV & complimentary beverages. Amentities include:private ski locker and WIRELESS INTERNET,access to the health club & pool. Our children loved to ski and went to Stratton every year to ski with their friends. We rented many places at Stratton through the years and this is by far the best location on the mountain. Rather than fighting the crowds in the base lodge cafeteria at lunchtime, we enjoyed being able to walk a few extra steps to our condo and have lunch at home (and saving a small fortune in the process!). We do not have to get in the car and drive. Our unit is the newest in the entire complex. It was completely renovated in December, 2010. High end kitchen and baths. Beautiful cut stone fireplace, new carpet and hardwood floors. Kids can go to the owners lounge and play games and pool. Verde, the best restaurant on the mountain, is located in the lobby of our building. The grocery is a one minute walk from our building. There is no more convenient spot on the Mountain.
There is no residence closer to the lifts, ticket windows and the Village than The Landmark, and the unit comes with 2 reserved parking passes just outside the condo.
We enjoyed a gorgeous, Vermont summer week at this Stratton condo. Two of my children were attending a Lacrosse camp at Stratton Mt. School and we decided to make it a vacation.I am so glad that we found this rental.
Owners: From the moment of my first inquiry the owner was communicative, helpful and very professional. He responded to every question immediately. He couldn't have been nicer. The information/instructions about checking in, security, parking, etc. were thorough and detailed. Clearly the owners take pride in their property.
Condo: The location is perfect! Although we do not ski Stratton, it was easy to visualize a winter weekend with fresh snow. You are literally an elevator ride away from the lift. You are also right in the middle of the village for dinner, shopping or an after ski drink. Although summer is a quieter time at the mountain, we enjoyed the general store, sushi, and the candy store. Although we did not eat at Verde, the condo is in the same building and the crowds and smells as we walked by support the excellent reviews. The condo itself is beautiful. It is very clean and nicely decorated. Although we were 4 most nights, this unit can sleep many more comfortably. Two families with multiple kids would easily enjoy enough space. The bunk room upstairs was a huge hit with my boys and my 12 year old daughter loved her own suite!
The fitness center is a short walk, bike ride or drive away. It is a nice facility that also has a pool, hot tub and a separate cardio room. My husband, found many hills around Stratton to road bike. Hiking, swimming holes and mountain biking are also just outside your door.
DON'T MISS….There is an excellent craft beer store, Meulemans on the corner of 30 and 100. Also, the Garden Restaurant and Cafe in Londonderry is worth the drive for a lunch or amazing dinner.

My whole family and I really enjoyed our stay in March 2014. The place was beautiful, excellent shape and the location was perfect--short 2 minute walk to the lift. Everything was top notch in the condo, along with the view of the great Stratton scenery. I would highly recommend this any time of the year since the it's part of the village and has a great restaurant right in the building!
Very comfortable condo slope side. Owner was very helpful, and happened to be there when we checked in, and even helped us with our trolley. We lucked out with several feet of fresh snow, so had great time.
Just a perfect vacation. Great family unit with outstanding location. Shops and slopes within 100 yards of unit. Comfortable furnishings at a great facility. Warm, cozy atmosphere with all the needed amenities. Very clean unit with an accommodating owner.
We stayed at this unit with another family and the space worked out great. The location right on the mountain was fantastic. Looking forward to a return trip!
We have stayed in this unit twice now. Both visits were great - the unit is updated and nicely appointed with nice linens, etc. The bedrooms are large and bathrooms are very nice too! Doug and Barbara make the rental process easy. We fit two families in (kids shared the bunk room) with no problem. The convenience of the Landmark with young children is absolutely unbeatable. Childcare for the babies is around the corner + ski school just steps away = mom and dad on the gondola alone by 9 am!
Located In the heart of Stratton Village, Vermont . There are shops, restaurants and spa.This is the best location on the mountain. Down the road there is a health club with workout room, indoor pool and massage service. This unit is located above the base lodge of Stratton. You can walk down the stairs and rent skiis and then go outdoors to the lift lines. The are also restaurants in the building below. The Rutland airport is 45 minutes away. A drive from NYC is about 4 hours or less. From Hartford CT it is about 1.5 hours; from Boston it is about 2.5 hours. Twenty minutes away from Stratton is Manchester Center with FABULOUS outlet shopping and more fine dining. It is a bustling town with many things to do. There is skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, snow mobiling and cross country skiing.
In the summer time there is golf, tennis,horseback riding , hiking and SHOPPING! Enjoy the fresh air!
