Upper level condo appointed with southwest decor located in the Pointe Resort community with full-size patio/balcony overlooking the community. Enjoy the relaxing view of swaying palm trees against a scenic mountain backdrop. The modern 1088 sq. ft. floor plan places the 2 bedrooms on opposite sides separated by the living room. The open kitchen/dining area and 9 foot ceilings throughout create a feeling of space and openness. The unit features brand new carpet and natural hardwood floors for 2009, along with new paint color scheme & upholstery. Can sleep up to 4 comfortably with a queen & 2 twin-size beds. The Pointe Resort is a gated resort community located in N. Phoenix about 10 miles NE of downtown and is adjacent to the Pointe Hilton Resort at Tapatio Cliffs. The grounds contain 3 pools + 3 spas (w/showers), BBQ areas, and tennis & basketball courts. Nearby is the N. Mtn. Preserve where there are numerous hiking & biking trails. Ten golf courses are within a 7-mile radius.

This was the perfect cost effective alternative to a
hotel, especially when travelling with children. My
son was able to take his naps and go down early for
the evening without inconveniencing the rest of my
family.

The property was very nice and clean, as well as
convenient to the necessities like restaurants and
supermarkets. This unit is close to the pool as well
as parking. Steve was easy to work with.

We had a 1 month stay. The condo was roomy, in a convenient location, and made the stay much more pleasant, and much less costly than a hotel. Plus my daughters fell in love with the pool at the Tapatio resort. Will definitely look to stay here again.
