This house is located just 5 minutes from Big Boulder Ski Area (which can be seen from the front deck), 10 minutes from Jack Frost. 5 minutes from Split Rock Lodge. There are many local restaurants, Shenanigans, Rock bar and grill, Piggy's, Murphy's Loft, Terra Cottage, Louies Prime, High Elevations ... just to name a few. The house is also just 5 minutes from the Galleria, where the national micro brew fest takes place ... and yes, it is just 10 minutes from POCONO Speedway, where the Pennsylvania 500 and Pocono 500 races take place - you can actually hear the cars as they race around the back stretch just 5 miles away! We are also local to whitewater rafting in Jim Thorpe, and Skirmish the Paint ball game! State game lands abound just 5 minutes away ... welcome hunters. We do get plenty of deer, turkeys and bear on the property, but just no hunting allowed there ... or if you are just up for a great hike, Hickory Run State Park is 10 minutes away. Wow, so much to enjoy ...
