Just steps to the Gulf of Mexico and IntraCoastal! Literally walk to the left less than 100 steps and you are on the Gulf of Mexico. Walk to the right and you are at the quiet pool on the intracoastal! 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath newly decorated townhouse with new kitchen, new flooring and new bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own private, full bath. The master bedroom has a new queen bed. There is a pullout sofa in the living room with its own half bath. This place is turnkey- just bring your swimsuit! The island is only 300 yards wide: walk a few steps and you're at the beach or intracoastal. Catch the Suncoast Trolley right outside the townhome and explore all the Gulf beaches easily, without driving! The pool is on the main waterway: watch the big boats pass slowly by as you bask in the Florida sun and read your book. Enjoy the sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico from your master balcony. Then walk to excellent restaurants within 1 mile like Salt Rock Grill, The Pub and Mickey Quinns.

Indian Shores is the perfect location for your family vacation or romantic getaway. A private, quiet beach awaits you. The pool is secluded and not crowded, overlooking the Intracoastal waterway. Enjoy the sun or shade! Catch the 'Suncoast Trolley' and go to Pass-A-Grille or up to Clearwater Beach. There's a stop across the street! Or walk to the local ice cream shop or Irish Pub. There is plenty of parking here, which is a big bonus. You can park your car and not get back in it for the entire week. Or you can take the family to Disney- it's less than 2 hours away. Busch Gardens is across town. We just remodeled the entire townhome- hardwood steps, tile floors, new kitchen and new bathrooms. It is light, bright and Clean! Catch a cruise to the Caribbean from Tampa Channelside and then extend your trip for a few days at the beach. Busch Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo, Fort Desoto Park are a short drive away. Enjoy boating, beaching and relaxing at your own private retreat.

Nice clean place, lots of room and a short walk across the street to a fantastic beach. Restaurants nearby, air conditioning very good. Quiet, two TV's, private.

Just beware of two flights of stairs if you have any disabilities.

We were a group of four--one middle-aged adult and three university age adults. Enjoyed it thoroughly. Ample space, good location, kitchen is well equiped, close to great restaurants and lots of things to do.

The only drawback for me was internet access is intermittent. If you don't require internet for work purposes, the access is fine.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
