A very secluded hillside location for this immaculate contemporary home with breathtaking views of the little Pamet River Valley, Cape Cod Bay, Corn Hill beach and stunning sunsets. Enjoy your stay in this home with 3 comfortable bedrooms with queen-size beds, 3 full bathrooms, a private foyer area with a pull-out queen size sofa bed. In addition each living and sleeping area has its own cable system television with either a VCR or DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The sunny living room boasts a cathedral ceiling, large glass areas with panoramic views and a fireplace with slate hearth. The dining area has multiple glass sliders that open onto the expansive decks. The walk-out lower level areas with private suite and separate entrance is newly renovated. The house is near 2 main beaches, Corn Hill Beach (bay side)which can be seen from the main deck of the house, and Long Nook Beach (Ocean side),both are a short 5 minute drive from the house.

Truro, along with neighboring towns of Wellfleet and Provincetown, offer a wide range of activities and entertainment. There is golf, tennis, bicycling, horseback riding on the National Seashore trails, charter boat and sport fishing, windsurfing, swimming, and sailing. The beaches and dunes are magnificent and extensive. If you're looking for more than sun, sand and sea, there are a variety of courses in arts and crafts, along with special events and concerts through late summer and into the early fall. Instructions in sailing, swimming, tennis, dance and movement, and yoga are available nearby, as well as classes in drawing and painting at local schools of art. The many fine restaurants in the vicinity offer an endless selection of great food. There are theaters, art galleries, local libraries, the Truro Historical Museum, the Provincetown Art Association, and the Provincetown Heritage Museum.

I stayed at this beautiful house the first weekend in March for a girls getaway. It was amazing. The house is very spacious, but yet extremely cozy. I liked how open it is on the top floor. There is no wall dividing the kitchen, dining room and family room which is perfect. There are tons of seats so we were all able to sit around, drink wine and tell stories. There was also a lot of parking and a nice wrap-around porch. I highly recommend staying at this house and definitely want to stay again over the summer.

quiet and comfort in truro

We were three couples, and we rented the house for a week at the height of tourist season in August. It was lovely and really quiet; unless you drove into town, you didn't have to know that Truro was thickly populated. The owners were very kind and helpful. We loved the sunshine and shade of the deck and ate several festive group meals on it, though we found you had to stand on tiptoe to see the ocean. The kitchen is well-stocked for most things one would want to cook. Our bed was extremely comfortable, and I think our friends felt the same. Took us several days to find the seals, probably because we were slow to get to the ocean, so happily holed up were we in the house. But they're worth getting to!

We wished we could stay the whole summer!

This was our third year at this lovely house. We chose this house for its beautiful shaded decks. We start our day with coffee and breakfast on the deck followed by a walk to Truro's town ocean beach (we saw seals every morning swimming just yards off shore). We end each day watching the spectacular sunset off the deck. We had beautiful weather every day. We cycled in every direction--this is an ideal location 10 miles to P-Town and Wellfleet.
The hosue is well equipped with every appliance and amenity you could possibly want. We had two teenage guests this year who had fun playing the many games available. The house is clean, light and very nicely decorated. We love it! We had another wonderful week!
